[vtkusers] Displaying Rgrid

I would like to now if it is possible to display a Rectilinear Grid. I tried
to use vtkRectilinearGridGeometryFilter and it works fine when displaying a
plane but when it is not a plane it shows only points. So the question is:
There is a quick way of visualize also the connection between point just as
is shown when display a plane?
