[vtkusers] vtk 5.6 install on Mac OS 10.4.11

Qt 4.6.2 works on OS X. I'm reinstalling Xcode 2.5 from adc 
To get the linked working.

I'm not sure if this is a versioning problem with Qt or something to
do with permissions. Your input is appreciated!

Are you sure your version of Qt works with 10.4?  See:
