[vtkusers] AVIWriter and h.264

greetings,

Is it possible to create a movie using AVIWriter with h.264 codec in
windows?  If so, is there some sort of FAQ/webpage that details on how to do
that?

I'm trying to capture streaming video using vtkAVIWriter and the resulting
video is huge.  I would really appreciate if someone can shed some lights
into how to use external, high quality, codec in VTK.
