[vtkusers] Update vtkimagedata

Hello everyone,
 
Imy pibpeline is : read DICOM series , and create ISO surface use vtk
marchingcube
 
 
I cutted a part in the isosurface , how can I update the vtkimagedata that
the isosurface be created from it
 
any  suggestion will be highly appretiated
