[vtkusers] getcellneighbours of polydata

Hi all, 

I am trying to find cell neighbours of polydata using the GetCellNeighbours
function. However, it doesn't seem to work, i.e. I get a runtime error when
the function is invoked. I have tried using BuildLinks(), and also passed in
'empty' ptIds and cellIds arrays to the function. Am I invoking it
correctly? Anyone else here have any experience using this function?
