[vtkusers] what's the contour iso surface of human skin

Dear All

I want to  get the iso surface of the outer skin layer and the layer
that directly touch the human skull , if any worked on medical solutions for
skull modelling,  kindly feed me back

I use  vtkContourFilter , ANY SUGGESTION PLEASE
