[vtkusers] vtkcontourwidget not deleting

I have a vtkContourWidget and when I press the delete key nothing is
happening.  My understanding is that pressing delete should remove the last
point if I'm currently creating the contour, and remove the whole contour if
I'm modifying it.  Is this correct?
