[vtkusers] Question about contour widget

Base on the idea of Dean Inglis ,John Drescher and Jonathan Morra, I
implement the method to show and change contour slice by slice. There is no
need to reload poly data from the contourrepresentation, it is loaded
automatically after the slice is changed.
