[vtkusers] Closing RenderWindow closes application

I changed to using vtkWin32RenderWindowInteractor and the test Sphere
application now prints test.  However, going back the original problem, I
have noticed that I need to press q twice, or click X twice. And then both
the renderWindow exits and my application.
