I think you can just add the module section. This what mine looks like:

Section "Module"
    Load           "dbe"
    Load           "extmod"
    Load           "type1"
    Load           "freetype"
    Load           "glx"
EndSection

You'll have to edit this file as root:

sudo favoriteEditor /etc/X11/xorg.conf
