[vtkusers] Displaying VTKImagePlaneWidget with DICOm images in proper orientation

Hi all,

I am trying to display a vtkImagePlaneWidget with vtkImageData derived from
a series of DICOM images. The planeWidget looks flipped 180 degrees along
the x-axis.

I haev the dir cosines stored in a vtkMAtrix4x4 (from vtkGDCMImageReader).
Now how to counteract the orientation?

Should I apply the transformation to the vtkCamera? I will be adding many
meshes (vtkPolyData) later on.
