[vtkusers] vtkImageViewer + QVTKwidget scale to fit

Sorry.. Found that imageviewer2 does the work for me (though it does not
completely fit the qvtkWidget window, it resizes well). This example helped
me: http://www.vtk.org/Wiki/VTK/Examples/Cxx/Images/StaticImage
