[vtkusers] Qt & VTK Intereaction problem

I think the problem is that you are using the wrong Interactor. Try
QVTKInteractor instead of the standard one. If I recall right I had the same
problem in the beginning and that seemed to do the trick, as you want Qt to
be in charge there.
