[vtkusers] vtkChartXY tool tip like widget for rendering windows

Hi VTK users,
 
vtkBalloonWidget sort of does what I wanted, but I like the behavior of tool tip in vtkChart better.  Is there any widget for rendering window  that works like tool tip, showing the image intensity etc as one moves the mouse around an image?
