[vtkusers] Examples compiled but not seen

The Examples on Which I worked on are:
(in vtk examples)
Medical.cxx
Modelling.cxx
Multiblock.cxx
Drawing.cxx

On the site, which i have mentioned earlier
Imageslicing.cxx
InteractWithImage.cxx
pickpixel.cxx

All of there .exe files dont show anything on double-clicking.
