     How to use vtkMedicalImageReader2 and vtkMedicalImageProperties to get
the Dicom tags information?

vtkDicomImageReader provides some funtions that can get some tags
information, but it is  not enough. 

Does anyone know how to how to use vtkMedicalImageReader2 and
vtkMedicalImageProperties to get the Dicom tags information?
