[vtkusers] Individual color and opacity for each voxel

Thank you for answer. 

About mapping. Problem that scalar mapping is inapplicable, because I have
separate segmentation results. I need to display original volume according
to 3D array representing segmenttion results. For example, voxels with
different intenssity values could be mapped to equal output color/opacity.
Or another, equal voxels could be mapped to different output because they
belong to different objects.

So task is more complicated: display voxels according to opacity (and/or)
color map using coordinates correspondence.
