[vtkusers] Downsampling factor set by SetDesiredUpdateRate

I want to evaluate how much VTK needs to sample down, in order to reach the
value set by 

/void vtkRenderWindowInteractor::SetDesiredUpdateRate (double)/

Is it possible to get this downsampling factor at all?
