[vtkusers] points inside an enclosed surface

hi all,

vtkSelectEnclosedPoints is a filter that evaluates all the input points to
determine whether they are inside or outside an enclosed surface, my
question is what about points that intersect the surface and belong to its
cells?  
does someone know something about this?
