[vtkusers] 3D wireframe editor

Hi Gib,

If you plan to use Blender, which is a also effectively a good
wireframe editor but not only, you may want to use the PLY or OBJ file
format. Blender-2.5 can import it.

For illustration, I use it in the following VTKJournal submission for
the dental panoramic rendering :
