[vtkusers] About the VTK dialog

Hi,

I have a problem about the VTK dialog. I want to embed four VTK dialogs into
a MFC dialog. One VTK dialog is to visualize a 3D object, and other three
VTK dialogs is to visualize the 2D image from three sections: axis,
saggital, coronal.

Does anyone can tell me how to realize this purpose by using VTK 5.6.1 and
VS 2008?
