[vtkusers] About the layout of vtk dialog

Hello, everyone:

I want to use VTK and modal dialog of MFC to realize the layout of
Layout.jpg with 4 areas. One area is to visualize a 3D object, and other
three areas is to visualize the 2D image from three sections: axis,
saggital, coronal.

Does anyone can tell me how to realize this layout?
