[vtkusers] behaviour when changing render window size

hi,

i just noticed that the perspective of my vtk scene changes if i
change the render window height. If i change the render window width i
only change the clip that is displayed but the object the is displayed
stays the same size.

however adding an observer to the render window and printing camera
position, focal point, view angle shows that none of them are changed
during window resize.

So how can i changes this default behaviour?
