[vtkusers] Apply tube filter to vtkPlot

Hi all,

I am wondering whether it is possible to apply vtkTubeFilter to the line
produced by vtkPlot rendered in vtkChartXY.

Right now the plots look good, but not very attractive with the default
settings.
