[vtkusers] Use Lambertian shading model for vtkFixedPointVolumeRayCastMapper

Hi all,

I want to replace vtkFixedPointVolumeRayCastMapper's default shading model
with Lambertian shading model.

Please give me some hints on how to implement it.

Lambertian shading model is decribed as below:
