[vtkusers] Integrate VTKDlg with MFC App

Hi all,

I built vtkdlg example available in vtkmfc example folder.
But I could not integrate it with my SDI application properly.
I am getting an assertion as, "ASSERT(afxCurrentInstanceHandle != NULL)"
and the data is not displayed.
could someone tell me how to integrate VTKDlg with mfc SDI app?
