[vtkusers] vtkPoissonReconstruction problem in Release mode

Hi David,
Your code seems to be compiling perfectly fine on MS Visual Studio 2008
(release mode). 
The one thing I discovered is that disabling Inline function expansion
option in VS2010 make your code work fine. 
I'm going to investigate what exactly is wrong with inline functions and
VS2010.
