[vtkusers] cannot found vtkFilteringPython.lib

Hi all,
I try to compile a project that use the

vtkFilteringPython.lib


I am getting the error

 error LNK1181: cannot open input file 'vtkFilteringPython.lib'

I tried to re-build the vtk-5.10.0 but I coudn't find
'vtkFilteringPython.lib

How should I CMake vtk to include this library ?
