[vtkusers] vtkFillHolesFilter does not close holes

I have the following code:

    vtkOBJReader *objr=vtkOBJReader::New();
    objr->SetFileName("T9.obj");
    objr->Update();

    vtkFillHolesFilter *fh=vtkFillHolesFilter::New();
    fh->SetInput(objr->GetOutput());
    fh->SetHoleSize(100000);
    fh->Update();

However this does not fill the big holes, and not even all the small ones
completely. What is the problem?
