[vtkusers] display image on vtkplanewidget

Just to share that, I manage to display the image on my plane widget. 

The  important line code is:

vtkImageData *imageslice = vtkImageData::New;
..
..
imageslice = planeWidget ->GetResliceOutput();


then use the vtkImageActor and vtkRenderer to display the image, either in
your own created window or qvtkWidget.
