[vtkusers] vtkTransformPolyDataFilter problem

Hi Mr. Srilata,

to me this looks like the transformation matrices for sagittal and coronal
view are wrong.
I would omit the contour filter in a first test and display all three views
(XY, YZ, XZ) of the polydata to verify the transformation matrices are
correct.
