[vtkusers] possible inconsistency in vtkDataSetMapper

I have experienced the same problem too.
Using vtk5.8.0, VC10SP1, vtkDataSetMapper, vtkUnstructuredGrid (Hexa cells).
This problem will not appear only when runs on debugging mode (F5).
