[vtkusers] Two Interaction Styles: Mouse and Keypress

Hi Sebastian, 

How did you manage to merge the two codes together? 

Did you write two separate classes for the mouse and keypress interactor? or
they are combined into one?

How did you set the interactor style for your renderWindowInteractor then in
your main function?
