[vtkusers] vtkimageflip problem

Dear Users,

 

When I use vtkimageflip, the Y value of the picked point coordinate (picked
by mouse click) is wrong, while X and Z are correct. How to get the right Y
value?  

 

Here is my pipeline for DICOM image loading:
