[vtkusers] Display slice of vtkImageData with given ROI

Hello,

I googled the problem but couldn't find proper solution. What I want to 
achieve is to get image from 3D vtkImageData when I have 2D roi 
parameters and size of desired image (resize with bicubic 
interpolation). I've tried with vtkImageReslice and vtkTransform.scale() 
. Unfortunately didn't get adequate image. It's important to mention 
that high performance is required (high resolution images).
