[vtkusers] How to redefine path to elements.xml

Hi to All

I transfered vtk-5.10.0 from one windows to another and set variables

set VTK_BODR_DATA_PATH=%VTK_HOME%\share\vtkBODRData
set VTK_BODR_DATA_PATH_BUILD=%VTK_HOME%\share\vtkBODRData 

but have got message from chemistry check
cannot find elements.xml. 
What is wrong  ?
