[vtkusers] use QVTKWidget

Hi
Sorry for bothering you again but I fixed the problem. My libraries are
built in release mode and I was running under debug mode. I'm using NetBeans
instead of Visual Studio.

Thank you for your help!!! 

PS- There is not a lot of example using VTK and Qt even in the VTK user's
Guide.
