[vtkusers] Report a bug in vtkPolygon class

Hi all!

      There is a bug in Line 798 in vtkPolygon.cxx.
      "ptId = start+i;"  should be "ptId = (start+i)%numPts;".
      "ptId = start+i;"  tends to cause memory error for address
cross-border.

      Hope developers of vtk fit this bug in next version.
