[vtkusers] Usage of LSDynaMetaData?

Hi,

The LSDynaMetaData of the file being read in, is a public member of
vtkLSDynaReader with the name P.
The part id's are that will be read in are stored in the
LSDynaMetaData object, the Collections job is
to read in all the cells or a subset of cells for each of those part ids.
