Hi Doug,

Don't bother with the VTK_USE_TDX flag.  Even if it worked,
it wouldn't solve the missing vtkTDxConfigure.h problem.

It looks like the vtkTDxConfigure.h isn't being installed anymore.
Someone must have overlooked it when the CMakeLists.txt files
were written for VTK 6.
