Is myWindow your QVTKWidget?

Try this:

myWindow->SetRenderWindow(imageViewer->GetRenderWindow()); 
myWindow->GetRenderWindow()->GetInteractor()->SetInteractorStyle(myInteractor);
imageViewer->Render();
myWindow->update();
