[vtkusers] vtkgl.h

Hi,

I can't compile the vtkrendering.dsp with VC++ 6.0. The error message is "cannot open include file vtkgl.h".
I check out that this file, actually, does not exist in my vtk folder. 
How can I get the file vtkgl.h?
