[vtkusers] Problems running medical3.cpp

Hello,

I've the library already build and some of the examples works just fine,
but i'm having some trouble with those medical which I need to analyze for
some personal project, my point is that when I got the medical3.exe just
shows a black screen with:

Usage: C:\VTK5.10\BIN6\DEBUG\Medical3.exe  DATADIR/headsq/quarter

but its not showing anything, im new in vtk and dont know how to appoint to
the right directory where the volume data is in. Hope someone can help me
with these
