Do you mean I have to use CMAKE to configure and generate
VTK_DIR=VTK5.8BuildDebug and build ALL_BUILD and then repeat everything for
VTK_DIR=VTK5.8BuildRelease (with proper CMAKE_CONFIGURATION_TYPE)?
