[vtkusers] create an image

I need to visualize an  image in vtk .Image details are as follows

File name: VHPAbdomen.mhd
Dimensions:  675       401       450
spacing      :  0.333    0.333    0.333
origin          :  0           0           0

Dat type     : unsigned_char

Can you direct me how to get that please.
