[vtkusers] getting started2

Hello VTK experts,

 

I'm having trouble getting started.  I've learned that the TCL scripts won't
do what I need so must somehow figure out how to compile the Cxx scripts.  I
get stuck on the first line of the Windows compile instructions in
README.html of VTK6.0.0.  It says " Run the CMakeSetup dialog to get
started."  Ok, where is that?  Could someone please point me to detailed
step by step instructions of how to get started?
