[vtkusers] ActiViz.NET warning message

Hi slarkin712,
I think that encouraging people to abandon activiz is helping to bury it. If
Activiz fellows will see many people still need activiz(and they do), they
will reconsider continuing activiz in the future.

For the question:
1. Add 64bit version 2 kitware dll  (Kitware.Mummy.Runtime and Kitware.VTK)
2. Change the project in properties to compile to 64bit.
3. Add the RenderWindowControl from the Toolbox to the Windows Form and
double click to create the load function.
