[vtkusers] Cut a triangulated surface with a line

Dear sebastian,
You said you used vtkPolygonalSurfaceContourLineInterpolator (or some other
vtkContourWidget) to manually draw the contour on the surface. You meant
just the nodes on the surface like
VTK/Examples/Cxx/PolyData/PolygonalSurfacePointPlacer, or the whole contour
lying on the surface?If it is the latter one, how did you make it?
