[vtkusers] Read/Write in DICOM format

Hello everyone,

I was wondering how can I add any other library compatible with vtk in c++
so I can read and write in DICOM format, vtk by itselfs allows me only to
read. I'd appreciate any guide on what library to use for this purpose and
also in how to make the build of it.

The goal I'm trying to achieve is the reading of multi-frame dicom files
