[vtkusers] delete highlighted cells

Hello VTK users,

I want to delete a highlighted cells by using the following example,
http://www.itk.org/Wiki/VTK/Examples/Cxx/Filtering/ExtractVisibleCells


But I don't know how to proceed, does anyone have any ideas how to deal with
this? 

I'll really appreciate your help.
